SECOND-HAND PARKER MODEL M457 SUPER BLACKMOBILE MOBILE
ASPHALT & BITUMINOUS MIXING AND BATCHING PLANT WITH CAPACITY
UP TO 160TPH WITH 3% MOISTURE CONTENT
PLANT COMPOSED OF:-
- 4 cold bins (8m3 each) belt feeders, inter control, feeding side with plate protection, mobile unit
- Conveyor feeding the dryer - static
- Dryer 2.2m diameter x 7.3m overall length with burner Benninghoven, heavy oil, mobile unit – new 2004
- Mixer section: With hot elevator, 2-deck screen, bitumen, aggregate & filler weigh hoppers on load cells. 2000 Kg mixer. Mobile unit.
- Bag filter section – ‘AMECO’ reverse cleaning. Mobile unit.
- Filler & reclaimed filler comprising two silos, 30 ton + 40 ton. Screw conveyors for feeding. Static.
- Cabin: new control cabin equipped with new controls, computer etc. 2008/2009.
- Separate container with electric switchgear in cubicles plus screw compressor – new 2008.
- Bitumen tank – 1 off – 70cu.m. burner heated – mobile unit.
- Heavy fuel diesel tank 30,000 litres with 5 x 5Kw and 2 x 30 Kw electric heaters – mobile unit.
- Mobile mixed material storage unit. Approx. 150 tonnes capacity skip unit, winch etc. – transportable. (If required)
